Oil supply pressure detection and control function, when the system detects that the oil supply pressure of the lubricating oil is lower than the set pressure value, the standby oil pump will be automatically started to maintain the stable pressure of the oil supply system and prevent the insufficient oil supply from damaging the mechanical parts.
2, oil supply temperature detection and control function, when the system detects that the lubricating oil supply temperature is greater than the set upper limit value, the air cooling system will automatically start, cool and lubricated oil supply, until the oil temperature is lower than the set lower limit value, stop the air cooling system, the best lubricating oil supply temperature of general lubricating oil is between 35℃-45℃, the lubricating oil temperature is too low, the oil film is too sticky and uneven. The lubricating oil temperature is too high, the oil film is too thin, the ideal lubrication effect is not achieved, and even the mechanical parts are damaged.
3, oil return temperature detection and early warning function, when the system detects that the oil return temperature is greater than the set temperature value, issue an early warning to remind the operator, to check the air cooling system, or water cooling system, to confirm whether the air conditioning is good cooling, check whether the cooling water is normal.
4, locked-rotor protection function, when the system detects that the host current is greater than the setting of the protection current, to prevent excessive current damage to the motor, but also take into account the load increase caused by current fluctuations, delay to stop the host, stop the operator to check after the shutdown, normal after the boot.
5, one lubricating oil pump with one standby function, the main engine operation process, when the operation of the lubricating oil pump failure, the standby lubricating oil pump automatically start, prevent the shutdown caused by the failure of the oil pump, reduce the failure rate.
6, electric heating function, when the winter temperature is relatively low, you can start electric heating to heat the lubricating oil.
